INCORPORATOR
The Precious Pearls Foundation honors and recognizes the importance of its incorporator and founding leadership. From the very beginning, the vision for the Foundation included not only service and impact, but also permanence ensuring that its mission would be protected, sustained, and strengthened for generations to come.
In keeping with that commitment, Dr. Neffie Gatewood Alimayu served as the incorporator of the Precious Pearls Foundation, officially establishing the organization in 2015 in Southaven, Mississippi. This foundational step marked a significant milestone in securing the organization’s legal standing and long-term stability, allowing the Foundation to move forward with purpose, structure, and a lasting commitment to community empowerment and service.
